Sis, Stay the Course (Even When You Feel Off Track)

Can I be real with you?

Lately, I’ve been going through it. Life has been life-ing, and honestly, I got off track. Spiritually, emotionally, mentally—I had moments where I didn’t feel like myself. I was still showing up on the outside, but inside… I was just trying to stay afloat.

But here’s the truth I had to come back to:Just because you get off track doesn’t mean the journey is over.

Sis, if you're feeling overwhelmed or distracted, I see you—because I am you. I’m walking through it too. And still, I’m choosing to stay the course.

Not because it’s easy. But because I know what’s on the other side of consistency.Because I know I’m worth fighting for.And you are too.

🌱 Stay the Course

Stay the course when it’s quiet and nobody’s clapping for you.Stay the course when your progress feels invisible.Stay the course when life feels heavy and hope feels far.

This journey isn’t about perfection—it’s about consistency. It’s about choosing—on purpose—to show up for yourself even when everything around you is trying to pull you backwards.

You have to renew your mind daily. Not just with positive thinking—but with truth. With prayer. With stillness. With grace.

💡 Remember Your “Why”

Why did you start? Why did you pray for this season? Why do you refuse to quit?

Go back to that.

And while you're on this journey—don’t forget to love yourself through it all.You are worthy of the time, the energy, the healing, the joy, and the future you’re praying for.

You are not too old.It is not too late. You are not behind.

You are becoming. And that matters.

🧡 My Affirmation This Week:

"I will not be shaken. I will not be distracted. I will keep showing up. I will stay the course. And I will love myself through the process."

📓 Reflection Prompt:

What distractions have been pulling your focus lately? What part of you needs a little more love and attention right now?

Write it down. Speak life over it. Release it in prayer. Then… keep going.

🔄 What Helps You Get Back on Track?

Let me ask you something, sis…When life throws you off, what helps you come back to yourself?

For me, it’s not always the same thing. Sometimes it’s church. Sometimes it’s being in a space where I feel seen and supported. This past weekend? It was just being with my sis and my daughter. No deep conversations—just laughter, love, and presence. That energy shifted something in me. It reminded me of my “why.” It made me want to reset, refocus, and get back to business.

Sometimes you don’t even realize how drained you are until the right people pour into you again.

So now I want to hear from you:What helps you get back on track when life tries to knock you off course?Drop a comment below or message me privately if you need a safe space. Let’s talk about it. You are not alone on this journey.
